Assisted production designer Sophia Uehara on a shoot for Martell starring Janelle Monae.Â
Primarily assisted the set decorator setting up every shoot for the 6 locations we went to. Included resetting props for the bartender scene and helping decorate photographer's studio.

Assisted prop master Jesse Soto on shoots for the website and catalogs of The Company Store.Â
In charge of handling products, setting up the set, organizing and sourcing props for every shoot.

CHANEL "N°5 IN THE STARS" - SCENIC ARTIST

Painted all the sculptures, kiosks and glitter platforms for the event celebrating 100 years of Chanel No5.
The event was set at the Rockefeller Center in NYC

Started an internship at the luxury interior design company, IMG and moved up to lead artist within a year.
Create custom professional paintings and sculptures to be used in homes and offices, as well as keeping track of inventory, deliveries, and schedules for the other artists.
THE DREW BARRYMORE SHOW - SCENIC ARTIST

Painted the entire set for the show, including, fake paneling for the columns and library, scenicing venetian plaster on the walls, and glazing over the flooring.

Assisted the Prop Stylist during a photoshoot for Bloomingdale's.
All images shot were used for their Shopping Services website page.
In charge of finding pieces around the store to use in shots as well as setting up props ahead of time.

We painted the entire front entrance where the attendees pose for the gala as well as the furniture needed for the event.
CARTIER 3 WORLD TRADE CENTER EVENT - SCENIC ARTIST

Created a moon room for the Cartier Event. Sculpted and textured foam in order to create a base and then painted it to make it seem like a moon.

I assisted the Production Designer set dressing and managing props on an experimental shoot directed by the duo, Felix Bernstein & Gabe Rubin.
FULL FATHOM FIVE - SCENIC ARTIST
April - June 2019
Part of the scenic team for a devised theater piece set as the prequel to The Tempest. Sourced all of the materials used from around London to make a completely sustainable show. Painted an original floor, and decorated not only the stage but the entire venue.
THE SUICIDE - SCENIC ARTIST
January - April 2019
Constructed a set mimicking projects. Created 5 m tall structures, a moving staircase, rolling shutter mechanism. Also did scenic painting to mimic a concrete floor, pebble-dash and graffiti.
MULATTO — PROPS MASTER

Created and/or acquired all the props for this film about a biracial girl growing up in a hostile environment. Created shooting targets, children's drawings, toys, and an old medicine box. Also worked as the gun wrangler for the film. Film premiered at the Cucalorus Film Festival in North Carolina.

Developed and managed schedules of the Production Designer and the crew.
Coordinated travel arrangements for installation dates.

Created set dec for this 70s-inspired television game show. Decorated the main stage, green room, and studio. Created all the graphics, promotional logos, and posters. Film premiered at the Manifest Festival in Chicago.
WIRE FACES — ART DIRECTOR

Art directed a film about a sculpture dealing with the loss of his wife. In charge of the budgets, schedules, hiring crew, and transportation. Assisted with set decoration and special effects when needed.
THE DEVIL'S ASSISTANT - ART PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

A film about a woman who rises Satan to help her. Mainly helped by going on runs, picking up props and furniture, and assisted with the pre-dressing of the shoot.

Designed and constructed a dressing room and flower shop for this film set in a pristine future full of plastic. In charge of crew selection, budgeting, concept art, and drafting. Film premiered at the Manifest Festival in Chicago.
SUGAR — PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Designed a music video for a local Chicago artist - JuiXX. Created a strict color palette of pinks and blues to match. Styled entire rooms, including a kitchen, living room, and party scene. Food stylist for the baked goods in the cooking scene.
THE FINAL TROPE - EVENT SCENIC ARTIST

Constructed an installation for a interactive horror film exhibition paying homage to classic horror films. Created walls out of pink foam and sceniced them to seem like rotting wood. Sourced working televisions, furniture, classic horror film props.

MELO MAKES MUSIC - EVENT DESIGNER

Designed a one night event showcasing local Chicago artists with over 130 attendees. Coordinated photography exhibition, designed the space and lighting. Designed stage area for show with local talent, featuring Melo. Used a lot of elements from the neighborhood (West Garfield Park) and kept with the theme of the event - that art galleries should be accepting of everyone.

Art directed a film about a heavy metal band that is late to a gig at an ice cream shop.Â
In charge of budgets, receipts, schedules, hiring crew, and craft.
DOUBLE PRESENTS — SET DRESSER

Worked on a film about two kids trying to get their parents divorced.
Prepared all props for shooting dates, assisted in some set decorating, was the food stylist for some Christmas cookies needed as well.
Experienced painter therefore in charge of detailed model replica of a puppet theater.
CUPCAKES — GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Designed some graphics for a film about how female members of a family attempt to navigate the eery and oppressive effects society has on them.
Had to mix elements from the 40s-70s to create stereotypical gendered graphics.
Created an exaggerated bland manly newspaper and a very feminine magazine to contrast it.

I was the designer on a shoot about a Mexican-American family in Detroit.
Hired crew, created concept art and drafts, created the budget and schedules for my crew.
In charge of set decorating an entire home, including painting it, adding furniture and decor.
JEONG — WARDROBE

I was in charge of wardrobe for a film about North Korean girls being trafficked in China.
I had to find clothing and edit it to seem aged and raggedy.
I also had to help the special effects team with the stunt that had blood seeping through the main character’s shirt.

Had to turn an abandoned apartment building into a dystopian doctor's office.
